If you do not find the answer to your question, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to provide you with the information you are looking for.

Why should my/company website be listed with Search Engines?
A: Research says more than 70 percent of hits on website are generated through search engines. People that are using search engines to find a site have intent to buy. They are increasingly using the web for transactions. Personal and professional shopping percentages are going up every month.

Why doesn't my Web site rank very well in the search engines?

A: Having your website rank high in the search engines is a science and the rules for search engine optimization (SEO) are always changing. Here are some reasons why you may be having poor ranking:

* Incorrect usage of the TITLE tag or no TITLE tag content.
* Too many occurrences of the same word in a page (spamming).
* Missing H1 and H2 heading tag content.
* Missing ALT tag content in your graphic links.
* No meaningful content in the first 250 characters on each page.
* Less than 200 words per page.
* Very few pages on your website.
* No links from other websites to your website (link popularity).

Also, you should always submit your site to any search directories manually. Please do not use automated submission services.

Why are search engines so critical, SO IMPORTANT?
A: Online advertising may be waning, but search engine marketing is booming. You could spend thousands of dollars on banner ads and never be sure you're reaching your target customers. But when someone visits your site from a search engine, you've got a pre-qualified prospect; they've found you using a keyword that you've chosen to describe your business. Studies have shown that 95 percent of internet users begin their web research at a major search engine.

How can this SEO SERVICE, “positioning” help?

  • Substantially increase quality traffic to your site resulting in increased sales.
  • Laser target only the “most-likely-to-buy” customers for your service or product.
  • Persuade customers to purchase by using non-aggressive presentation of advertising.
  • Get superior results while remaining cost-effective.
  • Quickly increase the monetary value of your website.
  • Exploit the prestige of your newfound page position to further increase sales.

How can we help your Business?
A: We guarantee that your website will have top placement in the search engines and directories we submit to. We do this by first optimizing your web site for search engine positioning thus making your web site "search engine friendly." A vast majority of web sites on the Internet may look good on the outside but are very poorly designed for great search engine ranking. We ensure that your site is utilizing all of the latest methods and technology according to the specific rules for each individual search engine or directory. We then offer a variety of submission programs that are specific to what you want to accomplish. Our submission programs are targeted and bring results unlike the many "blind submission" programs out there that really do nothing more than to submit your URL. We focus on specific keywords, keyword phrases and even individual search engines and directories themselves.

How do we go about promoting your site?
A: We promote your site through hands on hard work and smarts. We've been promoting Web sites for years now and simply put, we've gotten good at it. Using a combination of site optimization, customized submissions and professional banner ad creation and placement, we get our clients the traffic they desire.

How many search engines & directories do u submit to?
A: We focus on 15 Major Search Engines and Directories.

Those programs out there that say they will submit your site to 1000's ( in some cases even 3000) of search engines are usually useless because a lot of those 1000's of engines are merely email collection databases set up for spamming.
Please bear in mind that the major search engines reported by StatMarket :

1. Google
2. Yahoo
3. Msn
4. Aol
5. Go Network
6. Excite
7. Altavista
8. Lycos

represent 97.69% of the total search engine queries per day, or approximately 311 out of 319 million.

This leaves 2.31% left for ALL other engines/directories/pay per bid engines or approximately 7 out of 319 million.

Do you manually submit to search engines or do you use automated software?
A: We feel it is very important to MANUALLY submit your site to the top 15 search engines and directories and WE DO NOT USE ANY SOFTWARE whatsoever. Many of the top search engines refuse submissions from software programs all together which is why we choose to manually submit.

Can't we do this ourselves?
A: You can, but get ready to spent hours adding your URL to hundreds of search engines. You could be wasting your time. A particular search engine may not be popular or may not be indexing at that time. How will you know: 1) if they accepted your submission, 2) where it was indexed 3) with what keyword, and 4) in what position? Yes, you can search for the keywords you specified in your meta tags, but did the content structure fit with the specific search engine?

It's been our experience that most in-house efforts are sporadic at best and typically utilize outdated techniques. Keeping up with the search engines is a full-time job, and requires specialized training. We are dedicated to staying intune with the ever-changing world of search engines so you don't have to.

How much will it cost me if I do it on my own?
A: If you submit your site to the search engines, they won't charge you a dime. The real cost in promoting a site to search engines is in the time and experience it takes to do it effectively.

We've already registered our site; what more is needed?
A: Registering your web site with the major search engines is necessary, but has little to do with how well it will be ranked. Every search engine uses its own unique algorithms to determine the position of your site. They measure dozens of criteria and are all weighted differently. It's our job to keep on top of these requirements and prepare your site for submission accordingly. Ours is an ongoing process dedicated to increasing your rankings.

What if I have multiple web sites?
A: Each site is considered an individual project and has its own strategy, submissions and reporting. Discounts are available for multiple sites.

Does your work alter my web site's look and feel?
A: Good Question. A proper answer can only be given after viewing the web site. However, We can safely say that we try to work in conjunction with your website and will only undertake changes that are necessary. We, of course realize that a lot of effort and time has been spent on making your website look great and we do take pains to ensure that we undertake only the bare necessary things required to achieve top rankings. We have worked on innumerable clients without in anyway affecting their look and feel. Clients reports can be obtained on request.

Will you alter my existing web site in any way?
A: Good Question. Again, A proper answer can only be given after viewing the web pages. However, we can assure you that the changes done will the minimum required.

When will I begin to see results?
A: There are many factors involved here. Some are within our control and others are not. Some results are immediate (paid submissions), while others can take up to eight weeks after the submissions begin to see.

Are you effective with framed web sites?
A: Typically framed web sites rank low on search engines. However, I've methods and techniques to get around this so that even framed web sites will rank well. I have a proven track record for a frame based website.

How long will it take until I start seeing results?
A: It depends on the search engine. Some index your site in few days time while others can take up to 2-3 months.

How long will my company's web site stay at the top of the major search engines?
A: We will ensure that your company's web site stays at the top of the major search engines for the duration of your contract with us. Because search engine positioning requires continuous effort, we cannot guarantee that you will retain top rankings should you cancel your service with us.

Will the results be stable on a long-term basis?
A: We will continually make the necessary adjustments to keep your page position stabilized for as long as you are a subscriber to our SEO service. Search engines operate in an ever-changing environment of algorithms; thus, making it necessary to have diligent professionals at your disposal to make the vital “behind-the-scene” adjustments. Discontinuation of SEO service will almost instantaneously result in a dramatic loss of page position.

How much time does it take to promote a web site?
A: It can take any amount of time, depending on how many URLs you are submitting - and also the number of search engines involved. The actual submission of a single URL to a single search engine is really insignificant in the big picture. The real time is spent in checking your sites listing on the engines and optimizing your site for better positioning.

Does every page of my website really need to be optimized?
A: In a word - yes. Every page of a website can be a potential entry point for visitors. You can't predict which page or pages will be ranked the best for specific keywords. As such, each page must be individually optimized to for optimal ranking. Collectively, all pages of your website reinforce the common "theme" of the site, which also can help boost ranking. Don't assume that your home page is the most important page on your site.

Does it matter to the search engines how my site looks and functions?
Yes, actually, it does. The search engines look for certain content in a document you submit. It even looks at your images!

Can I design and build my own site and have you promote it?
Yes, but we may have to modify some parts of your site to ensure its search engine friendly.

Why are SEO services so expensive?
A: SEO is a highly-specialized craft requiring much research, forethought, skill and can be extremely time-consuming to implement correctly. However, compared to offline and print advertising, SEO is quite cheap. The cost of having your website SEO optimized is by far the best advertising dollars spent and the return on your investment (ROI) can be very great.

What are the top 10 search engines, and which ones give the best results?
A: Yahoo is the most widely used by people, but it's a directory is not a search engine. On Yahoo you are first shown data from Google that is combined with Yahoo Directory Listings. You can click on the "directory" button at the top of the page if you desire to only view Yahoo Directory Listings. Google data is also used by AOL, Iwon, Netscape, Canada, Yahoo, and many other search engines. Hence, I think Google is the most important followed by MSN.

1. Yahoo
2. Google
3. Msn
4. Aol
5. AltaVista
6. Go Network
7. Lycos
8. Excite

Can you guarantee a number #1 position in the search engines?
A: Nobody can guarantee a number #1 position or specific ranking for your site for a given keyword phrase. There are simply too many factors beyond anyone's control - the search engines changing their ranking algorithms, efforts made by competitors, and new sites being added to the Web.

Obtaining a specific ranking is analogous to managing a portfolio. Your financial advisor will do their best to monitor the stock market and other indicators and to make sure your portfolio is managed to the best of their abilities. However, your advisor cannot guarantee that your portfolio will be at a specific dollar value or even that the amount will be up at all by a given date.
